The interview involved live styling and answering a couple questions. It was fairly low pressure. There were two people interviewing. One lead and one assistant, and they also asked for my resume. They also asked questions around where I live and my willingness to travel for in person events.

Easy Interview over the phone, Had two phone call interviews, but that was in 2011. I know for a fact you have to actually go to San Francisco now for the interview and be able to drive there at least once a month.

The interview consisted of some standard questions as well as creating a Pinterest board for a client scenario prior to the interview. Once at the interview, we were also to write a note to go with our client scenario.
