Applied online, got a call two days later, talked on the phone a few minutes, invited me in for an interview. Got there, asked the barista for the hiring manager, she asked what I wanted as my complimentary drink. Talked with the manager for about 30 minutes. At the end of the interview the manager asked to run a background check, called me about 4 days later after it clearing saying to come in to fill out tax paper work. Started training a couple days later.

I was interviewed by the store manager. Although I do not have any experience, I expressed my desire to learn and work. She asked about my availability and since I was a student that time, I said I'm free during weekends.

Very casual conversation, asked about my previous work experience as well as my past positions in the service industry. It was very friendly and resulted with me being offered the job.
