Quick & Easy. Recruiter was efficient and friendly. Very quickly shared details about comp and position duties. I felt informed and prepared to make next steps decisions. The total rewards package was as not a good fit but the experience with the company recruiter was.
Very corporate; I would recommend really understanding what Starbucks is looking for and what they are battling. Do your research and understand if this is the right fit for you!
