Interview
The interview was pretty basic. Just a lot of simple questions that you would expect. However, I was disappointed with the hiring after the interview as the manager was sketchy and hard to get ahold of. He kept saying he'd call to let me know and then wouldn't and I would call and he wouldn't be there or available.

Question 1
Have you ever worked with a coworker who wasn't doing their job properly and what did you do?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
