Interview
It was fine. They mainly focused on behavioral skills and how personable you are as expected for the position. Interview lasted for about 30 minutes and my interviewer was pretty nice.
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Tell me about a time you worked in a team and the role you played
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
