Casual, interview with manager who would be my direct manager over zoom call. Asked a lot of personality/experience questions. Did not feel interrogated, it felt more like a conversation to see if I would be a culture fit.

They’ll start by asking some basic personal questions, then move on to situational questions — for example, who you should listen to between a supervisor and a coworker, how you would handle a customer complaint, whether you have any experience in the food and beverage industry, or if you’ve had any work or internship experience while studying.

The atmosphere was very Laid back, and the staff was friendly. We were all Dressed pretty casual, but not shorts and a t shirt casual. You definitely want to arrive on time.
