Staples interview process is mostly comprised of two or more face to face interviews, as well as an interview with DM for certain roles. Three interviews and a background check took nearly two weeks to generate any progress prior to job offer. I interviewed with the Operations Manager, General Manager and District Manager, plus a background check that took longer than necessary.

Questions asked were industry standard. ex - How do you see yourself supporting staples, how do you see staples supporting your growth, where do you see yourself in ten years, describe a moment in the past when you went above and beyond for a client.
