Interview
Human Resources initial screen through the phone and then called for a personal visit, then I called for an interveio with the hiring manager to explain my previous experiences and to learn more from the job. After, I received a call from HR to understand the offer.
Screen with Talent acquisition team, received experience and then asked 2 questions related to Sony Values, resilience and collaboration. Always find it disconcerting when a company has the need for resilience to be a core value.
Group Interview, more than 30+ ppl, and then director review, thirdly is president review. Among them president interview is the easiest, but not sure how they select people through daily communciation
Fue una entrevista común. Te hacen preguntas sobre varias cosas, algunas más relacionadas con el trabajo y otras más tipo recursos humanos. Duro alrededor de una hora y fue online.
