Firstly, they will have a short conversation to understand you better by phone. Next, there will be a face to face interview with the hiring manager and the managers in charge of the department.

Interview
First round was a get to know each other session, where manager and HR asked more about relevant job experiences and studies.
Second round was a case study and also marketing plan proposal.

The standard question asking for your relevant experience and reasons for applying. The hr was the one asking the question while the hiring manager was just staring at me. She also asked about the things i learned in school and to show justification of why I was the suitable candidate.
