Started by getting a call back after my application of just my CV (no CL) for a video interview which was pre-recorded and I could redo it as many times as I'd like. Asked why I wanted to work at Sony specifically amongst other questions (don't remember what they asked).
Then was called back for a virtual assessment centre which involved three tasks throughout the day: group presentation, individual assessment, and 6 12-minute individual interviews with each of the departments. Then got a call a week later saying I was successful.
