The job description seemed pretty entry-level: High School degree or equivalent, 1-2 years of previous hospitality experience, and administrative skills. The interview process, however, was excessive. Three different rounds (one 15-minute call and two video calls) were conducted, and they requested four referrals: two from previous managers and two from peers. Being ghosted by HR, even after following up, was the cherry on top of the whole process.

There were two separate interviews, one with the general manager and one with the hiring manager, Very generic questions, nothing too difficult. I would say just be confident and do a bit of research on working in the medical field.
