Then went quiet with no feedback for 7-10 days and invited back in for a second interview with CRM Lead. After that I received no feedback at all, despite sending a polite email requesting feedback...not even a thank you for coming in (twice) but you've been unsuccessful, and since found out from a recruiter that they are engaging with Agencies to fill the role. Hiring Managers were once candidates so where is the empathy.
