Soho House & Co interview questions

Respectful and honest. It took more than an hour. Got lots of insight and a tour of the Hotel and the restaurant. They had a lot of questions about you as a person as well.

I had an initial zoom interview covering my CV and experience. I was told it would just be with the head of the department, but it turned out there were two interviewers. The role itself turned out to be very different from the job description, and was much more focused on outsourcing new suppliers rather than product development itself. This wasn't a focus at all on the job description. I also never heard back after the first round, so overall it wasn't a positive experience.
