Within a week after applying for the position online an HR rep reached out to me to schedule an informal interview. My first interview was in-person with an HR manager at a coffee shop near the company office and lasted about 30 minutes. After this initial interview I was contacted the next day to schedule a 2nd interview with my (would be) reporting manager at the actual offices. This interview lasted again about 30 minutes. The next day after the 2nd interview HR contacted me via a personal phone call to let me know that they were moving forward with another candidate with more experience.

Question 1
During the initial interview with HR the questions were pretty general: tell me about your experience, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what are you strengths, ect. During the 2nd interview, questions were more pointed and directly related to the core competencies the job required. It almost seemed like a checklist was being marked off as I answered.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom in Jan 2024
Interview
Lengthy. The role was posted in January with expectations to fill role by June. Recruiter had indicated they are planning a shift which may impact next steps so she will follow up later.
