I interviewed in 2021 and went through an initial Talent Acquisition screening, and then a “technical” interview, an interview with one of the senior leaders, and then an interview with the boss of the previous senior leader. It was fairly easy and the last interview was more the senior leader selling Slalom to me than a screening.

I recently had the pleasure of going through the interview process with Slalom Consulting in Australia, and I can honestly say it was one of the best candidate experiences I’ve had. From start to finish, the process was timely, professional, and a true reflection of the company's commitment to being "human." The interviews themselves were informal and relaxed, yet with a level of challenge that made me feel excited about the potential opportunity. I could tell that the interviewers had done their research and were genuinely interested in getting to know me and my skills. But what really stood out was the level of communication and attention to detail throughout the process. Simon, the Talent Aquisition Lead, kept me in the loop with emails, phone calls, and text messages in an extremely timely manner. I always knew where I stood and what the next steps were. Overall, I think that Slalom has set the bar incredibly high when it comes to the candidate experience. From the interview process to the level of communication and professionalism, I was thoroughly impressed.
