It's a very, very relaxed and laidback interview process. It was a total of 4 rounds and every round was very conversational. The company culture was great and it was one of the best interview processes I've gone through.

Question 1
They asked about my previous roles, specifically the responsibilities and technical skills involved with them.
Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.

Four separate 30 minute interviews. Each with a different individual. Each interview was supposed to be focused on one thing like culture or technical skills, but in reality the interviewers did what they wanted.

Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
