Interview
The interview process began with informal conversations with several Slalom consultants and leaders to learn more about the company, clients, and role. As conversations progressed, I moved on to day of panels and a case study interview.

What is your background and experience? How do you approach client work and relationships? How do you connect others, ideas, and work? How would you manage different situations?
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
