I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA)
Interview
Initial phone screen, then a round of 1:on:1's with 3 individuals holding different roles, then a 2nd round of 1:on:1's with 3 individuals from the executive leadership team. Overall a good process as you're able to get a flavor from a lot of different areas and a feel for the office leadership.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
I applied online. I interviewed at Slalom (Santa Monica, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
