Interview
First round was a phone-screen with HR. Second round was a technical screen over the phone. And I was invited to the office for another technical round. There was a white board session with a 3 people panel. The fourth round was onsite with two members from the management team. Overall, it's a very quick and well-designed interview process. Slalom did a great job to keep you posted with the interview process!

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
