I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I initially had a quick phone conversation with HR which lead to an in-person interview at a coffee shop with another consultant on the UX Design team. The second round was a portfolio review with other team members and who would be my manager. Then I had 2 1:1s. The final round consisted of an interview with the Head of Tech and the GM in Boston. I had a couple interviews which were very thorough and incredibly engaging. Overall I would say the interviews were more conversational but they asked some really in depth questions pertaining to the role and my experience.
