Interview
It was a series of calls starting with HR screen, and then a first-round interview several people on the team, and then tasked with a take-home project creating several slides analyzing a company's brand of my choice. I didn't need to present those slides, but got feedback from the team members. I didn't end up getting it, but the recruiter offered to call to go over feedback, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt like I had great conversations with the team, as well as having a recruiter that was incredibly supportive and put me in a position to do well

The interview questions were standard behavioral as well as asking about experiences I listed on my resume, so it was more conversational than any questions
First round interview was a phone call with recruiter. There were basic questions regarding behaviorals and social media knowledge such as metrics and trends. Recruiter was very nice and personable.

Interview
First you submit your application to their job portal. A recruiter will reach out if you fit what they're looking for. They will have an initial phone screen, then you intervew with your prospective supervisor. After this, you may have to submit a small case study. Once you get passed this level, you will have multiple interviews with department heads. If they like you, you will be offered a position from there.
