Interview
After sending the CV and a short screening by the in house recruiter, I went into the office to meet some of the technical team people.
I spent an hour doing a pair programming exercise with one of the developers. It felt like a regular, day to day session.
Then did an interview with one of the other Lead Developers about engineering and culture.
Finally, I met with the CTO and one of the other tech guys to talk in depth about a more high level engineering/architectural problem, and then had a nice chat about the company.
