4-5 interviews, started with directors, moved on to associates, and ended with senior management. All chats were informative and a place to ask questions while getting a feel for the team.
Applied on campus, interviewed first round on campus, flown in for the final round. There was 7 " rounds". No case, all fit questions, they seemed very focus on a culture fit. The people in the program were nice but a few I spoke with seemed to be investment bank rejects and were just happy with the pay you get for the work you do. Interview was easy, especially if you're target school but reached out to graduates/alumni of the program on LinkedIn and none had great things to say about the program.
I interviewed at Silicon Valley Bank (New York, NY)
Interview
Typically multiple stages. Interview is largely behavioral but depends on the team. People in higher roles may ask questions on current markets relevant to the role. Sometimes a take home project.

Interview
Easy interview mostly behavioral. Lot of tell me about a time questions so i would prep answers for those. Good experience overall with mostly kind interviewers. Learn about the program before.
