Silicon Valley Bank interview questions

The actual process was smooth. I had 4 or 5 rounds of interviews, but each interviewer made the experience an enjoyable one. It was more conversational and I felt like I was being brought on to a wholesome team who actually wanted to see that I'm the right fit.

Pretty standard. Mainly behaviorally with a few questions around the innovation industry and what excites me about it / working at SVB. Structure : 4x 30 min interviews with directors across the bank.
