Started with a phone screen interview with the recruiter and a second phone screen with the Art Director. Got an in-person interview within a few days of the phone call and interviewed with the Creative Director (by phone—he couldn't make it into the office that day), and one-on-one interviews with the same Art Director I spoke with on the phone, as well as two of the Senior Designers on the team. I received a job offer the following day. It was a very expedient process. Wish more interview processes were this efficient.
