It was pretty easy you submit an application and then do a video interview. You can practice the video interview before doing the real thing. Most of the questions are about how you would talk to a customer about a missing item from their order while shopping.

The whole interview process was easy and simple. There were several questions asking about how to shop, what to look for, and if you have had any experience. The questions were easy and to the point.

The interview process took 10-15 minutes and you had to record yourself responding to their questions. The questions had to do with customer service and shopping. You can re-record until you are happy with your response.
