Virtual via teams, basic questions all relating to your experience as well as safety questions. Want to know if you are serious and willing to train and learn. Asked about schedule and how long to expect for training
Teams interview due to the pandemic, nice manager and unit leader included on the interview. Overall very happy with the interview and questions asked during the interview, nothing too difficult to answer.
My interview was before the pandemic happened. It was an interactive group interview. Instead of sitting in front of a panel of employees, we were given activities to see how we interact together as a team.
