Seven Hills Hospital interview questions

I applied on glassdoor, got an interview via email through the recruiter 1 week later. Did the interview with the DON upstairs in a meeting room. Told me he will call me in a few days for a decision and he never called me back.

It was a panel interview with all department heads. Interview went very well, and there was a lot of good and effective questions. I was told I would hear back from them and then I was ghosted.
