I applied on glassdoor, got an interview via email through the recruiter 1 week later. Did the interview with the DON upstairs in a meeting room. Told me he will call me in a few days for a decision and he never called me back.

Tell me about yourself, Tell me a time how you dealt with a patient who was angry, Why behavioral health, how do you deal with your coworker who is not doing their job, etc
Interview was with the DNO at the time. HR called to set up the time for the interview. When I arrived I was taken to a meeting room upstairs. The style was pretty casual.
