Through college placement drive, bit more about academic marks and college projects, they will emphesis on students who are willing to work for longterm. They want students who can build projects by themselves.
it was a pleasant one. the interviewer was nice to me and asked a lot of questions from basic too every thing related to it and also was speaking in my native language to make me feel comfortable

First Round- Technical + Aptitude(technical mostly from Electronics)
Second Round-Technical Interview
Final Round-HR interview.
Around 200 appeared for the first round.50 get shortlisted for the second round.
Focus mostly in electronics(analog integrated circuits,Digital logic etc.) for Technical test and RS AGARWAL for aptitude portion.
