Interview
Mostly theoretical thought exercises, questions about Excel experience, and some random questions like "if you could get rid of one state, what would it be." Went through about three people and each of them was very engaging.

Experience with VBA? How would you do XYZ in Excel? Talk about a time you identified a problem and came up with a creative solution, etc.
Interview screening phone call. It was alright. I don't think the role was right for me, but the woman interviewing me was nice and tried to answer my questions but I don't think was super informed about the position itself
