A 2 stage interview process, competency based. Keep you informed during the process with the option to onboard in person or virtually. Whole process was no more than 2-3 weeks

Two business interviews and three peer interviews - the peer interviews were more like sharing experiences and checking chemistry. I found the peer interviews very helpful as I got to know my potential peers / colleagues to assess how I'd fit in.

Video interview: You are presented with 5 questions and are given 2 minutes to answer and about a minute to prepare. Basically, a standard video interview. The questions were competency based for the most part.

2 people conducted the virtual interview which lasted one hour. First started with questions about my current role and then technical questions. No response or feedback was provided weeks after the interview.

First interview with the recruitor. Second interview - Easy face2face interview with 2 team leaders from Asset management, looking for someone experienced in asset management. Very nice team leaders, relaxed and willing to explain everything. - Next step interview with the manager

The interviewer did not turn the camera on and the first stage interview was not longer than 10 mins. It all seemed to be very quick process and a bit unprofessional.

Submitted online application, make sure it's a solid CV outlining your experience and leaderships skills as this will be printed out in final interview. Online test after that, logical and reasoning test. Video interview and then in person assessment centre if you pass that. Assessment centre consisted of group exercise with presentation, individual case study and competency based interview. I reached the final stage with one of the senior business partners, going over your CV in detail and your motivation for joining the programme

Manager was not very friendly. Has been with the firm for 15 plus years. Do not want to change or have passion for any new developments. I felt that she just treat this a job and nothing else.
