Everyone is always willing to help, doesn't matter which level you're at. The company is super flexible in terms of working hours and working from home, depending on your studying schedule and extra things you need to do. Also the efforts they go to for diversity and inclusion is amazing, its not just advertising, they really are inclusive of everyone and constantly have events/days dedicated to appreciating/educating more about the LGBTQ community and Women.
