I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SaskTel (Regina, SK) in Feb 2011
Interview
One meeting with several managers. Each of them took turns asking me questions. I did a lot of research into the company as well as the managers I knew I would be meeting with and because of this I was able to ask them a lot of questions as well. Everything was quite laid back. More of a conversation than an interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SaskTel (Regina, SK) in Jan 2024
Interview
You first will be required to do a case study to prove your marketing knowledge, if you pass this someone from HR will call you to let you know and you'll schedule an interview. The whole process can take close to 2 months. Using examples from projects in school or work experience unrelated to marketing didn't seem to affect the results, so long you structure your answers in STAR format.
