I only got through the first two rounds which was with the recruiter and then the hiring manager. After interviewing with the hiring manager for well over an hour, I received no follow up from them. I even went as far as reaching out about the position because I was still interested and haven't heard back to this day. My interview was in May 2026 and it is almost July. Not only is it disheartening for job seekers but very unprofessional to not follow up with people who are genuinely seeking work in this economy. I rated the interview as average because the questions themselves were not hard to answer but I have never sat for over an hour and very little of it was actually discussing my qualifications. One of the interview questions was what was my favorite candy..... This company really needs to do better at considering people's time and effort when applying to these positions. I would discourage everyone from applying here.
