Hired on the spot, only interview question that was asked is what makes me want to work there. Interviewer mostly talked about what she didn’t like for example being late to work and not having a flexible schedule.

Interviewed today. The actual interview was very quick and painless. Was a fairly open ended interview , not like others in the field. Staff seemed friendly, relaxed. Receptionist either has been there awhile or is just very attentive as she was familiar with all of the residents that passed her (and the facility was a good size.
