Set up with a phone call with secretary and gave basic info on experience and when I’d be able st start. Then interview with a general superintendent to discuss pay and set up drug screen. Hired after all that and quick process

Submitted my resume online. Got called in for an in-person interview with branch manager, general superintendent, and other leadership personnel and other office personnel. The interview was very informal and was a great introduction to the construction industry.
