Submitted my resume online. Got called in for an in-person interview with branch manager, general superintendent, and other leadership personnel and other office personnel. The interview was very informal and was a great introduction to the construction industry.

Good interview, then never heard back even with 5-6 emails sent to get some feedback. At least tell me I did not get a job, even if it is an automated email. Very unprofessional

Question 1
If you had a chance to open a company, with no investment or capital restrictions, what would you open and why?
There was a phone screening with a recruiter. Then an in person interview with a few team members and tour of their office. They were very personable. Biggest emphasis is that they want to make sure you are interested in project management and not design engineering.
