SPINS interview questions

hired from temp agency it was very straight forward and brief 2 interviews and a background check then i temped after that i worked for 4 months and asked for a full-time role

Initial screening interview with internal recruiter. Typical line of questioning: why SPINS, why are you looking to leave your job, take me through the highlights of your resume. Moved to next round of interview, which was a panel interview based on a case study that the candidate is given 4 business days to complete. They provide the raw data and tell you the output they expect. They only allow 4 content slides to convey the story. They give the candidate 45 minutes to present the findings to the interview panel. High expectations for this low level position at this pay scale. The hiring manager did not like the formatting of one of my slides, but I found it difficult to fit the story on 4 slides.
