Got the call by the HR and discussed previous experiences and tech stacks. The call was fine and scheduling for the interview was rather okay, given that I was overseas. Then the horror began. The recruiter did not send the invitation to the video call, and I almost presumed the interview had been called off. Only before 3 minutes into the meeting, I had to call him up if the interview is still happening and he rushed everything. The second interview was rather okay except for the fact that I could not prepare much ahead. The rejection email letter came two weeks later to which I followed up for the feedback. And as expected, there is no response. As a company, I believe there is a lot of room to improve as to how you schedule interviews and all that and I felt horrible to be left in the dark just because the recruiter did not communicate properly.
