Ryder System NET Developer interview questions

Started with a call from a recruiter who wanted to get a feel for your skillset and experience. The recruiter then fowarded my information to the hiring manager and then later scheduled a time for a 45 minute phone interview. The 45 minute phone interview was hosted by 3 higher level managers. The interview was extremely technical and they spent the better part of 45 minutes drilling me about my experience and programming concepts. They asked lots of questions about the technologies and approaches I used.
