Assessment day with a hundred of us taking a written test. I had to pay the journey to the airport back and forth. I spent overall a couple of hours and the only feedback I receive was a comment over the written paper I submitted to start off with the assessment test.

Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
