First round was a behavioral screening with an HR rep. Second round was a behavioral interview with two managers on the team, one of which was the manager I would be working with if I accepted the offer.

It was a relatively straightforward process. Asked questions about financial statements and basic accounting knowledge. Quick turnaround between interviews and the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in getting to know you as a candidate.
