There was no coding challenge, the initial interview was a technical phone interview. He called me on google hangouts and I coded on coderpad. The interviewer himself was a relatively recent new grad (worked there less than a year). I didn't pass.

Interview
One phone interview. 15 minutes introduction including questions about resume and 45 minutes solving one algorithms question and follow up. Need to write both the code and test. Onsite is similar processes but three rounds.

Definitely asking about the detail of passing project I have done.
Set up for phone interview with a member of the engineering team at Rubrik. The interview went well and I was able to solve the question efficiently and also answered the follow-up questions. Was still sent a reject 3-4 days later with no detailed feedback. Asked the recruiter but didn't get a response.
