The interview was held online due to COVID 19 situation. I was in the first round of the interview and the interviewee was really friendly and humble. They also wanted to know if I can speak Japanese
I met with 6 people in total, the interviews were fine but it lasted for more than 1.5 months. They asked all the questions that other people were mentioning here.
1) phone interview/screening: general questions based on resume
2) manager interview: get to meet each team's manager and get to know about the teams
3) country manager interview: mock-trial for headhunting

Had met several consultants from several teams. Also at the end we went quick drink with few consultants and it was the final interview. Until then it is the process of the interview so be careful.
