This company conducted the worst interviewing experience that I've ever had in my life. Made me wait in a hallway for nearly 2 hours, then shuffled me between people that had no idea what to interview me for. Everyone made a special point in telling me that they would never hire me due to it requiring relocation (so why even fly me in and waste me time??).
All of this led up to a presentation to the CEO which I was asked to prepare before the interview. The hiring manager (obviously an idiot btw) made me change my entire presentation 15 minutes ahead of time, which left me unprepared and uncomfortable with what he asked me to present. It didn't matter, because their CEO is a real piece of work folks. This jerk interrupts the presentation 5 minutes in and rudely asks why he should hire someone from a company he's never heard of. As I started answer the rather rash question, he gets up and walks out before listening to an answer. Seriously? All I can say is that I'm glad it was so terrible, because I would not have enjoyed working at this circus. Stay away.

Question 1
Aside from the CEO asking why they would ever hire someone from a company they've never heard of.... "Are you more of a graphic designer or user experience designer...because we can't figure out what we need and no one here seems to understand the difference."
