Applied Online and received an email from the company's HR Rep. Took their assessment test which included skills, personality and mathematics. Got an email back about a week later stating that I wasn't chosen to move on to the next step of the process.
Was really looking forward to possibly working for this company. Wanted to learn more to expand my IT knowledge but I guess my test results weren't up to par. Although I didn't understand what the mathematics part of the test had to do with what I applied for.

The process has been pretty simple you must fill out an application where you will take an assessment, the assessment has multiple parts to and can some will be timed. I have only just started this process.

After applying thru their website portal, you receive an email with an invitation to take an online assessment. You need to provide more personal and work experience information to complete the application and then take a long but timed personality and aptitude tests.

Question 1
Multiple questions consisting of logic and reasoning, sequential and spatial patterns. The final section evaluates your math skills; mostly algebra, fractions, and percentages exercises.

You must take a logic/math/grammar/personality test to get an interview. I believe that alone took up to 2 hours. I had one interview with basic questions on my history and never heard from them again. It would have been nice to get an email letting me know they had more qualified applicants.
