Interview
After applying thru their website portal, you receive an email with an invitation to take an online assessment. You need to provide more personal and work experience information to complete the application and then take a long but timed personality and aptitude tests.

Question 1
Multiple questions consisting of logic and reasoning, sequential and spatial patterns. The final section evaluates your math skills; mostly algebra, fractions, and percentages exercises.
The process has been pretty simple you must fill out an application where you will take an assessment, the assessment has multiple parts to and can some will be timed. I have only just started this process.

Interview
You must take a logic/math/grammar/personality test to get an interview. I believe that alone took up to 2 hours. I had one interview with basic questions on my history and never heard from them again. It would have been nice to get an email letting me know they had more qualified applicants.
