Respondent interview questions

Overall I had an extremely positive experience interviewing with the Respondent team. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, gave me a generous amount of time to ask questions, and were visibly passionate about the company and the mission. Respondent moved the process along quickly, and the CEO was incredibly transparent and honest about past mistakes and learnings, future plans, as well as the challenges they need to overcome to fulfill their vision. After finishing the process, it was clear to me that the team comprised of a good group of bright and motivated people. Given the progress Respondent has made so far, I think the company has a real opportunity to redefine the research space.

The interview process was transparent, thorough, and was definitely designed to be beneficial for the candidate and company equally. Respondent was informative about the company vision, expectations for the role, company culture, and next steps throughout each step of the interview process. They were flexible with scheduling and every team member invited questions and was extremely knowledgable. They were also open about the fast-paced collaborative environment that comes with working at a technology start-up that has a completely distributed team. It's clear they are a team who values hard work, dedication, and employee experience and they have an open culture of feedback on all levels. Probably the best interview experience I've had to date!
