The interview process was transparent, thorough, and was definitely designed to be beneficial for the candidate and company equally. Respondent was informative about the company vision, expectations for the role, company culture, and next steps throughout each step of the interview process. They were flexible with scheduling and every team member invited questions and was extremely knowledgable. They were also open about the fast-paced collaborative environment that comes with working at a technology start-up that has a completely distributed team.
